Please fill in the re-enrollment form between 7th and 14th April 2025

Current pupils are asked to fill in the re-enrollment form for the next school year 2025–2026 during Mon 7.4. – Mon 14.4.2025  electronically in the Eepos portal (https://pmo.eepos.fi).

The credentials required for logging in have been sent on Fri 21.3. to pupils who have started their studies this school year and who did not have them already. The credentials were sent by e-mail to minor pupil’s primary guardian or adult student themself. The message was sent by Eepos Postitus (no-reply@eepos.fi). Students who already had login credentials will use the same login information this year.

More detailed filling instructions

The form in the Eepos portal (https://pmo.eepos.fi) is used to notify the continuation or discontinuation of studies. Please note that not filling the form is not an adequate notice of discontinuation of studies.

The form is found on Eepos on the ”Forms” tab. When you open the form you may be required to check your personal data before you can fill in the re-enrollment information.

• If you are unsure about continuing (e.g. you are waiting for a place to study elsewhere), notify that you will continue. The decision to continue can be cancelled without a cancellation fee by 10 August 2025. If necessary, discuss matters related to studies and continuing with your teacher.
• Registration for music perception (muha) level for next year is also included on the form.  Muha’s timetables are made based on these level registrations. Enrollment for muha groups is in August. The groups are primarily for those who have reported the level of muha in the spring. Others can only be taken if there is room left in the groups.
• Registration for ensemble music is not required in re-enrollment form. The teachers divide the pupils into orchestras in the spring and into bands in August. Your own group will appear in Eepos in the student’s study information.

Changes in studies

Notify in the re-enrollment form if you are applying for study leave or other changes to your studies, such as a wish to change an instrument. A secondary subject can be applied for when the major’s studies have progressed to at least the level of core studies 4.

The principal will inform the decisions by email by the Midsummer. Applicants for instument change and secondary subjects will be invited to meet teachers.

Re-enrollment can only be made by filling the form on Eepos portal. Please do not send any continuing information by e-mail or other means.

If you later want to change the information you provided in the re-enrollment form, please do not fill in a new form in Eepos, but notify changes to Vice Principal Niina Haapanen, niina.haapanen@pmo.fi.
