Re-enrollment for school year 2026–2027

Please fill in the re-enrollment form between 13 and 20 April 2026

Current students are asked to fill in the re-enrollment form for the next school year 2026–2027 in the Eepos portal (https://pmo.eepos.fi) between Monday 13 April and Monday 20 April.

The login credentials for Eepos are assigned to the primary guardian of a minor student or to the adult student themselves.
If you can’t find your login credentials, please contact Studies Secretary Mari Perkiö via email mari.perkio@pmo.fi.

More detailed filling instructions

Use the form in the Eepos portal (https://pmo.eepos.fi) to notify us of the continuation of your studies, any requests for changes, or withdrawal. Please note that notifications of withdrawal must also be submitted using this form.

The re-enrollment form can be found in the Eepos menu under ‘Forms’ (Lomakkeet). The form will first ask you to verify your personal information, after which you can proceed to the re-enrollment section.

  • Discuss your studies and future plans with your teacher during the Parent-Teacher Meeting Week from April 13th to 17th.
  • Please use the form to indicate your participation level for Music Perception (musiikin hahmotus/muha) for the next school year. The Muha schedules are created based on these level indications, and actual group registration takes place in August. Priority for groups is given to those who submitted their level information in the spring. Others can only be admitted if there is remaining space in the groups.
  • There is no separate registration for ensembles during the re-enrollment process. Teachers will assign students to orchestras and bands. Orchestras are formed in the spring, while some bands are formed in the spring and the rest in August. Your assigned group will be visible in Eepos under the student’s study information.
  • If you are unsure about continuing (e.g., you are waiting for a study place elsewhere), please choose to continue for now. If you wish to cancel your student place, please do so as soon as possible.
    Cancellation Fees:
By August 6, 2026: No cancellation fee
    August 7 – August 20, 2026: Cancellation fee €50
    August 21 – August 30, 2026: Cancellation fee €100
From August 31, 2026 onwards: The full tuition fee for the semester will be charged.

Changes to studies

Notify in the re-enrollment form if you are applying for study leave or other changes to your studies, such as a wish to change an instrument. A secondary subject can be applied for when the major’s studies have progressed to at least the level of core studies 4.

The Principal will notify applicants of decisions via email by Midsummer. Those applying for a change of major or a new minor subject are generally invited to meet with teachers before a final decision is made.

Please Note

  • Re-enrollment can only be completed via the Eepos portal. Do not send re-enrollment information via email or other methods.
  • If you need to change the information you have already submitted in your re-enrollment form, do not fill out the form again in Eepos. Instead, report the changes to Vice Principal Niina Haapanen at niina.haapanen@pmo.fi.
  • Students continuing to Advanced Studies can credit their music institute studies toward their high school (lukio) credits and vice versa. An Advanced Studies final project can form a significant part of the performance section of a High School Diploma in Music (musiikin lukiodiplomi). Conversely, a High School Diploma in Music can be part of the music institute’s final project or even replace it entirely. A completed study module in one’s own instrument during high school corresponds to two credits (2 op) in the high school curriculum.
